She offers culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy, with a particular focus on working with South Asian clients and those from other racialized communities. Grounded in compassion and a deep belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen and understood, Yasmin provides a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their goals, strengths, and needs at their own pace. She recognizes the impact of culture, intergenerational patterns, and systemic barriers on mental health and well-being.
